Welcome to Our New Members

New Members
(From left to right) Patty Dorzuk, Brian Dorzuk, Pastor Joe Donahue, Sarah Rice, David Rice, Becca Mileaf

On the first day of Advent we welcomed five new members into our church! It is always exciting to see new faces. We are especially excited because ALL five have already deeply connected into the church and are serving the Lord!

Brian & Patty Dorzuk

Brian and Patty Dorzuk came to us from the Living Water Wesleyan Church, Pleasantville, NJ. From their 3rd week of arriving at ECN they started serving on the Worship Team. Their humility, gifts, leadership, and even their dog Bruiser have all been a catalyst that has not only brought excellence in worship, but has welcomed others to the worship ministry as well. In just six months after their arrival, the team has grown from two to TEN! Welcome Dorzuks!

David & Sarah Rice

The Rice family came to us from the South Portland Church of the Nazarene, taking the scenic route through Pennsylvania where they have lived the last 3 years. David & Sarah, along with their sons Alex and Nat, moved to Ellsworth over the Summer and almost immediately were led to ECN through their former participation and service at our sister church in South Portland. As soon as they walked through the door their was an immediate sense of fellowship and encouragement! Sarah immediately stepped forward and began singing on the Worship Team, and David serves in the Sunday School as well as Youth & Children’s Ministry. Welcome Rices!

Becca Mileaf

Becca and her husband Bryan have been residents of Ellsworth since 2012. She came to this area after spending her childhood in Fairfield, ME and attending college at UMM. They have three adorable children (codename “The Mayhem!”) who have a great energy and enthusiasm. Becca immediately began serving in the Nursery and Children’s Ministry, and now serves as our Nursery Director. Welcome Becca!
